Assist in maintaining, organizing, and cleaning the kitchen The Legião da Boa Vontade – LBV is hiring an **Industrial Kitchen Assistant:** The **Industrial Kitchen Assistant** supports the chef in food preparation, cooking, and plating, following strict hygiene and food safety standards at the Institution’s Unit. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in all necessary food preparations. * Operate kitchen equipment and utensils, such as blenders, industrial stoves, etc. * Participate in food pre\-preparation (monitor cooking, adjust seasonings) * Strictly follow hygiene and food safety standards throughout the entire production process. * Assist in maintaining, organizing, and cleaning the kitchen. * Dispose of food waste appropriately, following hygiene and safety standards. * Perform other food production-related tasks as directed by the chef. * Use of PPE. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Completed high school; **Preferred experience:** In kitchens, as a kitchen assistant; * Basic knowledge of food cutting, cooking, and seasoning. * Knowledge and practice of good hygiene practices to ensure food safety. * Ability to work collaboratively and in an organized manner to meet production demands. **Additional Information** * Workload: **220 hours/month** * Schedule: **Various shifts** **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance (R$215.00\); * On\-site meals; * Life insurance; * Health plan \- after confirmation; * Dental plan; * SESC partnership; * Discounts on gyms and sports activities \- Wellhub; * Educational partnerships offering discounts on courses and universities; * Training and capacity\-building program.
