Teamwork and effective communication **COMPENSATION:** ABOVE R$ 2.000,00 INCLUDING SALARY + 8% ATTENDANCE BONUS - R$ 160.00 (LOST IN CASE OF ABSENCE OR MEDICAL CERTIFICATE) + NIGHT SHIFT ALLOWANCE BENEFITS: MEAL ON SITE, R$100.00 CONSUMPTION CREDIT, CONSUMPTION DISCOUNT, TRANSPORTATION VOUCHER, LIFE INSURANCE, WELL-BEING INSURANCE, HEALTH PLAN, DENTAL PLAN, AND GYMPASS **SCHEDULE:** 2:30 PM TO 11:00 PM **SHIFT ROTATION:** 6 DAYS WORKED, 1 DAY OFF PER WEEK — ALL MONDAYS OFF + 1 SUNDAY OFF PER MONTH Assist in preparing meals and desserts; Wash, cut, chop, portion, and store food items; Sanitize utensils, equipment, and work surfaces; Sort and organize ingredients by type and expiration date; Support general kitchen tasks. **Processes:** Follow company-established procedures regarding loss reporting, production, inventory, and goods receipt Agility, proactivity, and effective communication; Teamwork; Organization, discipline, and punctuality; Physical and emotional resilience; Completed elementary education (preferred).
