As a Manufacturing Manager, you will ensure the proper functioning of the production process, with emphasis on performance management, costs, and people. **A day in the life of...** * Ensure manufacturing process effectiveness and product compliance by managing available means and resources, meeting production objectives (volume, quality, cost, deadlines) and the Company’s strategic projects, in line with the Nestlé Principles of Leadership and the Nestlé Leadership Framework; * Ensure production is completed within planned timelines and budget. * Identify and implement improvements in production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. * Lead and motivate the production team, ensuring all employees are aligned with the Company’s objectives. * Collaborate with other Company departments to ensure integration and alignment of activities. * Monitor and analyze production performance indicators—such as productivity, quality, and costs—and take corrective actions when necessary. * Promote technical and managerial development of people, forecasting people/talent needs; * Continuous improvement management (TPM). **What will contribute to your success?** * Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Production Engineering, or Pharmacy with Food specialization; * Postgraduate degree or MBA in People Management and/or Food Management preferred; * Knowledge of continuous improvement tools; * Yellow Belt certification preferred; * Advanced English proficiency preferred.
