We want to meet you! **Responsibilities and duties** * Guide employees across various imported vehicle dealerships on procedures and routines related to receiving, storage, and inventory control of parts, according to company deadlines and quality requirements; * Analyze system-generated reports containing statistical sales data, stock coverage in days, ABC curve analysis, and other data to be evaluated in order to manage purchasing processes from the Manufacturer, prioritizing orders according to replenishment needs and/or service demands from Workshops / Showroom, aiming to efficiently supply inventory and meet repair demands in Workshops / External Customers; * Contact, via e-mail, various company stores involved in parts inventory processes to provide information and clarify doubts regarding daily operations in their area; * Generate management reports, presenting through spreadsheets and presentations the results of daily operations in their area; * Be responsible for authorizing parts transfers between stores, arranging for the issuance of corresponding invoices. **Requirements and qualifications** * High school diploma completed; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) is desirable; * Availability to work 100% on-site. **Additional information** * Medical insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Totalpass. #### **Working at the largest CAOA Chery dealership network in Brazil is a unique opportunity for those seeking professional development and a successful career.
