**Responsibilities:** * Support the collection and organization of productivity data and operational indicators using reporting and analytical tools. * Assist in tracking entries in the productivity indicator software, ensuring up-to-date records. * Support the preparation of reports and presentations for the department and management. * Support process mapping and documentation of operational improvements. * Participate in monitoring efficiency projects and in developing internal program software that measures Operational Excellence, focusing on support and testing. * Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and identify improvement opportunities, supporting market research and benchmarking initiatives. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Enrolled in Production Engineering or related fields (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Production, Chemical, Computer, Environmental Engineering, etc.), from the 3rd semester onward. * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, basic formulas). * Basic knowledge of Power BI or interest in learning BI tools. * Interest and foundational knowledge in process management, productivity, performance indicators, and agile methodologies. * Interest in data analysis, market behavior, and business strategy. * Prior experience in academic projects, scientific initiation, or extracurricular activities involving data analysis and project management is a plus. * Basic or intermediate English proficiency. * Availability to intern for at least two years prior to graduation. * Easy access to the Brooklin (Berrini) neighborhood — South Zone of São Paulo — SP. **Benefits** We offer an attractive benefits package, including multiple advantages designed to enhance employee well-being and satisfaction.
