Description: Apply quickly via email: Requirements and Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Production Engineering, Process Engineering, or related fields; * Experience with improvement of production processes in metallurgical/metal-mechanical industries; * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Kaizen, and Kanban; * Experience in mapping and implementing improvements in production processes; * Experience in defining material handling and packaging methods (e.g., packaging, trolleys, KBK systems, manipulators, etc.); * Knowledge of performance indicators (KPIs); * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel; * Familiarity with APQP and CAD software; * Intermediate English, for reading and understanding technical materials.
