Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive professional to work in Production Planning and Control (PCP) at an industrial filters manufacturing company, with a focus on optimizing processes and ensuring smooth production operations. Opportunity in an industrial filters manufacturing company **OPEN POSITION: Industrial PCP** **Location**: CEAT – São Carlos **Company**: Industrial Filters Manufacturing Company **Employment Type**: CLT **Working Hours**: Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM–5:18 PM (1-hour lunch break) We are looking for an organized, proactive, and analytically minded professional to join our **Production Planning and Control (PCP)** department. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, control, and monitor production orders; * Conduct production follow-up (liaise with shop floor); * Distribute and monitor production orders according to priorities and deadlines; * Monitor delivery deadlines with the shipping and logistics department; * Organize and issue raw material and supply requisitions; * Proactively identify material shortages and forward requests to the purchasing department; * Monitor raw material and work-in-process inventory levels; * Assist in production scheduling based on production capacity and material availability; * Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, and shipping departments to ensure smooth process execution. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in PCP, preferably within manufacturing industries; * ERP system knowledge; * Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas); * Strong communication skills, sense of urgency, and analytical mindset. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in both make-to-order and make-to-stock production control; * Familiarity with customized manufacturing processes; * Experience in metallurgical industry; * People and team management experience **Benefits:** * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Interested candidates: Please send your resume to: **contato@bariontec.com.br** Email subject line: **Industrial PCP** Job type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$4,500.00 – R$5,500.00 per month Work location: On-site
