You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating operational activities in the industrial environment, ensuring production efficiency, meeting deadlines, quality control, and workplace safety. You will lead teams, manage resources, monitor performance, and implement improvements in production processes. * Supervise and coordinate industrial line activities, ensuring operations run efficiently, meet quality standards, and are completed within scheduled deadlines. * Lead, motivate, and train the operational team, ensuring all members comply with safety regulations and established procedures. * Drive cultural change initiatives, reinforcing best practices, operational discipline, and continuous improvement. * Develop and monitor production schedules, tracking targets and adjusting processes as needed to meet demand. * Monitor and ensure manufactured products meet the quality standards required by the company and its customers, implementing corrective actions when necessary. * Ensure materials, equipment, and resources required for production are available and in good working condition. * Ensure maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations, promoting a safe work environment and preventing accidents. * Track performance indicators (productivity, quality, efficiency, absenteeism, waste, and rework). * Develop and improve production processes. * Report results to production coordination/management. **OTHER REQUIREMENTS:** * Reside in cities near Sumaré. * Experience in leadership roles within the industrial sector, especially in metallurgy. * Experience implementing new standards, behavioral changes, or cultural transformations within teams. * Knowledge of industrial processes. * People management skills, ability to lead and work collaboratively in teams. * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
