We want to get to know you! **Responsibilities and Duties** Conduct analytical activities to ensure processes capable of achieving production objectives: productivity, quality, safety, and budgeted costs—contributing to the reduction/elimination of technical and operational inefficiencies occurring during manufacturing processes, as well as process improvements, through active participation in problem identification, analysis, and solution recommendation. **Requirements and Qualifications** For this position, the candidate must possess: **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. **Experience:** 1 year of experience at an automotive assembly plant. Knowledge and hands-on experience with process mapping and studies, time and motion analysis, and project monitoring. Proficiency in computer applications / 2D and 3D graphic software is desirable. English proficiency is desirable. Technical knowledge of time and motion studies.
