Impresul is a company specializing in printing and visual communication solutions, offering services ranging from digital printing to high-quality graphic production. **Responsibilities:** Serve customers at the counter, by phone, and via e\-mail, clarifying inquiries and receiving service requests. Perform production of graphic materials, photocopies, binding, lamination, and other express services. Assist in organizing the department and managing customer service workflow. Position based in Novo Hamburgo / RS. Previous experience as a Printing Operator, Graphic Production Assistant, Printing Assistant, or Graphic Services Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. High school diploma required.
