We are also ranked among the top 100 bakeries in Brazil, according to the specialized magazine BakeTop. **Job Mission:** Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of production and dispatch areas, contributing to hygiene, safety, and operational organization within the bakery. **Requirements:** **Key Responsibilities:** Prepare cleaning products as instructed (including dilutions) Sweep, wash, and dry interior production area floors Wash dishes and production/bakery utensils Clean glass surfaces, mirrors, restrooms, countertops, and sanitary fixtures Restock hygiene consumables (toilet paper, towels, soap) Separate and dispose of waste correctly (organic, recyclable, glass) Request cleaning supplies when needed and ensure proper use of equipment Report equipment damage or repair needs to management Temporarily isolate areas for deep cleaning, as required Perform other related tasks as directed by management Mandatory Requirements: Completed high school education Good personal appearance and hygiene Physical capability to perform tasks while standing, handling cleaning products, and working under heat, humidity, or operational movement conditions Commitment to scheduled hours, assigned tasks, and autonomy in identifying needs without constant supervision Attention to detail, organizational skills, and responsibility Desirable Qualifications (Advantages): Experience in cleaning food-handling or industrial environments Proactivity in identifying workplace improvements Compensation and Benefits: Base salary: BRL 1,563.54 Hazard pay allowance applied according to job nature Transportation Voucher (VT) Meal Voucher (BRL 25.00 per workday) Health Insurance (available after 90 days) Dental Insurance (available after 90 days) Group Life Insurance Corporate Food Basket (36 kg, subject to internal rules) **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Basic food basket, Meal voucher, Transportation voucher
