Teamwork and attention to detail We are hiring a General Helper for a Delivery Snack Bar, with focus on organization, order control, and direct support in production. We seek an agile, responsible, and committed individual who can work under pressure and pay close attention to detail—especially during order verification. Responsibilities * Assist in pre\-preparation and assembly of sandwiches * Kitchen organization and cleaning * Restocking supplies during shifts * Monitoring and organizing delivery orders (iFood, WhatsApp, and internal system) * Full order verification prior to dispatch * Basic inventory control support * General kitchen and grill/griddle assistance as needed Requirements * Completed elementary education * Agility and organizational skills * Attention to detail * Good communication skills * Availability to work night shifts * Ability to work effectively in a team Preferred Qualifications * Experience in burger joints or snack bars * Experience with delivery operations * Basic knowledge of inventory control * Prior experience using order management systems Work Schedule * Rotating 6x1 schedule * Night shift (main peak hours) Compensation * Salary commensurate with the role * Transportation allowance * Performance bonus (based on organization targets and low order error rate) Ideal Candidate Profile Committed, responsible individuals who wish to grow alongside the company.
