Job Summary: Assists the technician in in-home service, performing equipment loading, product evaluation, and defect identification. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support for in-home service 2. Defect identification and component replacement Description: Assists the technician with in-home service, loading equipment (TVs), assisting in the evaluation of Samsung products, identifying defects, and replacing components. Education: Completed high school Additional courses in electronics (preferred). Mandatory Requirements: HOLD A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE CATEGORY B; Reside in the South Zone or nearby areas.
