Job Summary: We are looking for a gardener to perform garden maintenance, weeding, general field services, pruning, and irrigation monitoring to ensure the health and beauty of Aviva’s green areas. At Aviva, we serve with passion for people; therefore, we are constantly seeking talents who continuously develop, possess open minds, overcome obstacles, and contribute fresh ideas. **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform gardening activities, such as: planting seedlings, garden maintenance, weed eradication, and pest and disease control using agricultural pesticides to maintain plant and lawn health. Support manual weeding in complex areas and green spaces using appropriate equipment to maintain plant and lawn health. Perform general field services, such as repairing and constructing fences, etc., to ensure garden service quality and cleanliness. Perform garden finishing services (pruning and finishing)\- To maintain garden quality. Monitor the irrigation system\- To water plants and lawns and identify leaks in pipelines. Clean and maintain equipment\- To ensure full machine functionality. Collect plants and flowers for seedling production and floral arrangements. Assist and support irrigation operations alongside the water tanker truck. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed Elementary Education **What would be great (but not mandatory) for you to know and/or have:** Knowledge of seedling planting. Knowledge of flowerbed and lawn cleaning. Knowledge of chemical products (gardening).
