




Job Summary: Customer service professional responsible for addressing customer inquiries about Samsung products, performing data transfers, and conducting preliminary diagnostics on defective devices. Dynamic environment with direct public interaction **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Customer service, answering questions regarding Samsung products, transferring data to new devices, performing preliminary diagnostics on defective devices, and other related activities. **SKILLS AND PROFILE:** * Excellent Portuguese (spoken and written), * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) * Must reside in Piracicaba. **COMPENSATION:** Meal voucher or food allowance of BRL 400.00 (per month) + transportation voucher or fuel allowance proportional to the mode of transportation used. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Saturday: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
