




Location: Biscoitos Pereira – Jardim Goiás – Goiânia **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and bake savory snacks, cheese breads, cookies, and other products according to company recipes and standards; * Monitor oven temperature and timing to ensure proper cooking; * Perform pre-preparation tasks (portioning, greasing molds, organizing trays, etc.); * Inspect the visual and sensory quality of products before display; * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper maintenance of equipment and utensils in the area; * Strictly follow food safety, hygiene, and good handling practices; * Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and report when restocking is required; * Assist in organizing the production area and daily closing routines; * Collaborate with the team to maintain production pace and meet the snack bar’s demand. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience as a baker, pastry assistant, or production assistant in a bakery/snack bar; * Knowledge of baking times, temperatures, and dough baking techniques; * Basic food handling practices training preferred; * Agility and attention to detail. Working Hours: Monday to Saturday: 4:30 AM to 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday); Saturday: 4:30 AM to 12:00 PM, with a 2-hour break. Sundays off! Salary and Benefits: **Average remuneration: R$2,500.00** (transportation voucher – no 6% deduction + on-site meals + dental plan + overtime allowance + 11% attendance bonus + SESC membership + R$300.00 food card) + night shift allowance.
