Job Summary: Deliver exceptional customer service by advising on vehicle repairs and contributing to the productivity of the technical assistance and parts departments. Key Highlights: 1. Greet and assist customers, handling appointments and quotations. 2. Recommend parts and clarify their functionality and payment terms. 3. Enjoy delivering excellent service and care about customer satisfaction. Provide outstanding customer service by advising customers on necessary services for vehicle repair, supporting revenue generation and productivity in the technical assistance and parts departments, while meeting all agreed-upon deadlines. **Unit: Cometa Motocenter** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Greet and assist customers; handle telephone and corporate WhatsApp communications; schedule appointments when required. * Assess external customers’ needs, prepare quotations, and follow up on order issuance. * Check and update customer registration data as needed. * Recommend complementary parts, clarifying their functionality, features, and payment terms. * Perform the standard manufacturer-specified reception checklist. * Ensure that all service requests with deadlines exceeding 30 days have a signed Term of Deadline Extension from the customer. * Provide interior vehicle protection.
