




**Responsibilities:** * Present and sell financial products (financing, refinancing, add-on services, insurance, financial protection, extended warranty, vehicle tracking systems, etc.); * Conduct simulations and prepare proposals with financial institutions and partner vehicle manufacturers; * Monitor credit approval and ensure adherence to delivery timelines; * Ensure accurate completion and submission of required documentation for F&I transactions; * Achieve sales targets set by management; * Monitor the sales process and provide support and assistance to the sales team regarding financing; * Stay updated on products, rates, and terms offered by partner institutions; * Ensure all processes comply with applicable legal regulations and company policies; * Oversee the entire F&I process from negotiation through contract execution. **Requirements:** * Prior experience selling F&I products at automotive dealerships or within the automotive industry; * Experience negotiating credit, insurance, and financial products; * Knowledge of financial products and insurance providers; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); * Familiarity with dealership management systems (e.g., NBS, FI System, Via Nuvem, etc.) is a plus; * Strong communication and negotiation skills; * Commercial mindset and results orientation; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Proactivity and customer focus. Minimum Education: High School Diploma
