No **Purpose of the Role** We seek a strategic leader to lead the NINHO Marketing area in Brazil, driving sustainable business growth and strengthening this exceptional brand’s connection with Brazilian families. NINHO is Nestlé Brazil’s largest brand and deeply loved by Brazilians, leading in the Powdered Milk and Growing-Up Milk categories, and has been recognized for 16 consecutive years as the Top of Mind milk brand. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities...** Define and lead the NINHO brand strategy in Brazil: * ️ Identify growth and innovation opportunities — both within and beyond the milk category — developing and expanding the portfolio and brand * ️ Develop and implement the integrated brand communication plan, ensuring consistency, cultural relevance, and impact * ️ Monitor key performance indicators (milk curve, sell-in/sell-out, Price Index, market share, CMC, brand equity, campaign ROI) to safeguard profitability and competitiveness * ️ Lead annual strategic planning and the budget cycle * ️ Lead market, competitive, and consumer behavior analyses, translating insights into strategic decisions * ️ Collaborate closely with Trade Marketing and Finance to maximize performance * ️ Lead innovation initiatives and product launches, from concept through to market execution * ️ Develop and lead the marketing team, fostering high performance, collaboration, and a results-oriented culture **What Will Contribute to Your Success?** Solid experience in strategic marketing and brand management Strategic vision combined with disciplined, results-driven execution Proven track record in portfolio management and successful product launches Experience leading teams and influencing in matrix organizations Agility, energy, and a winning mindset to make a difference Fluency in English Completed undergraduate degree – MBA or postgraduate degree in related field preferred
