Come revolutionize education with us! **Responsibilities and duties** * Serve as a technical reference for bilingual teaching methodologies (CLIL, TBL, communicative approach), supporting coordinators and teams in the production, editing, and review of content. * Conduct critical reviews of printed and digital educational materials, ensuring linguistic rigor, pedagogical consistency, and alignment with competency frameworks, the Brazilian National Common Curriculum Base (BNCC), and the pedagogical proposals of the materials. * Develop and maintain up-to-date program guidance documents, such as pedagogical proposals, authoring guidelines, best practices manuals, and model lesson plans. * Plan, structure, and deliver training sessions and capacity-building pathways on second-language teaching methodologies for authors, analysts, content coordinators, and pedagogical consultants. * Monitor pedagogical, editorial, and market trends related to bilingual education and English language instruction, supporting the continuous evolution of our portfolio. * Monitor material production and identify pedagogical risks, linguistic inconsistencies, and opportunities to improve editorial standards. * Support coordinators in managing structuring editorial projects for English-language solutions, contributing technical quality and pedagogical coherence to deliverables. * Contribute to the critical, ethical, and strategic use of Artificial Intelligence tools applied to content production. * **Work model for this position:** * CLT employment contract; hybrid work (for candidates based in Belo Horizonte and surrounding areas) or fully remote (all other locations). * Workload: 44 hours per week, Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Requirements and qualifications** **Academic background** * Bachelor’s degree in Languages (Portuguese/English), Pedagogy, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree in Bilingual Education, Language Teaching, or related areas (preferred). **Professional experience** * Proven experience producing and reviewing bilingual content for educational systems, publishing houses, or bilingual schools. * Experience training teachers or pedagogical consultants in bilingual teaching methodologies. * Experience in structured editorial projects, including participation in the development of syllabi and bilingual materials. **Languages** * Fluent English (C1/C2), with excellent written and oral communication skills for presentations and trainings in English. **Technical knowledge** * Mastery of bilingual teaching methodologies (CLIL, TBL, communicative approach). * Knowledge of editorial processes and end-to-end production workflows for printed and digital materials. * Critical, ethical, and strategic use of Artificial Intelligence tools applied to editorial production. **Additional information** Health insurance Dental insurance Life insurance Meal and food allowance on the same card Breakfast or afternoon snack at physical office locations Transportation allowance Total Pass and Wellhub (access to gyms and wellness services) Birthday day off Corporate University Pregnancy support program Psychological, legal, financial, and social counseling program Wedding gift Duo Gourmet Bernoulli Benefits Club: access to a network of partnerships offering discounts on undergraduate and postgraduate courses, electricity bills, language classes, and much more—for you and your family Mothers working under a hybrid arrangement are eligible for 100% remote work from the 6th month of pregnancy until the child’s first birthday Fathers working under a hybrid arrangement are eligible for 100% remote work from the child’s birth until age 6 months Data protection changes everything During the candidate selection process for our open positions, we will use the personal data you register on the Gupy platform.
