Lead Specialist / Developer

Description

We are seeking a Lead Specialist / Developer to work on strategic projects, technically leading development teams and supporting the evolution of corporate solutions in a dynamic, collaborative, and innovation-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: * Understand business needs together with Product Owners (POs) from respective areas; * Design technology solutions aligned with identified requirements; * Lead agile projects in partnership with technical teams and business units; * Monitor acceptance testing, deliveries, and the evolution of solutions in production; * Act as Dev Lead, supporting and guiding Junior, Professional, and Senior developers; * Review code and disseminate best development practices; * Provide technical support and troubleshoot critical incidents; * Drive continuous improvement and technological innovation initiatives; * Conduct technical feasibility studies and assess implementation impacts; * Ensure delivery quality through technical testing and validation. ️ Technical Knowledge: * JVM (Java, Scala); * Angular and React; * Java EE (EJB, JMS); * ASP / ASP.NET / .NET Core; * Spring, Hibernate, VRaptor, Scalatra; * Maven, SBT; * jQuery, Backbone, RequireJS, Underscore; * Oracle, SQL Server, and PL/SQL; * IIS / Windows Server; * Jenkins, Selenium, JUnit, Specs2; * REST/SOAP APIs, Microservices, Docker; * Azure DevOps, GitHub, TFS; * Microsoft APIM; * Delphi. ✨ Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in corporate system architecture; * Work in critical environments with high availability; * Collaborative profile with focus on continuous improvement. Requirements: ✔️ Minimum 8 years of experience in system development and maintenance; ✔️ Solid experience in agile projects; ✔️ Technical, analytical profile with leadership capability; ✔️ Ability to adapt to change and manage multiple projects; ✔️ Experience in Health Insurance Operators (health plan operators sector); ✔️ Candidates with experience in software factories serving health insurance operators—such as TopDown, TopHub, Benner, or similar—are also welcome.
