After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of its founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for receiving quotations, analyzing item technical specifications (NCM, value, manufacturer, reference), and verifying the need for SAP registration. Submit requests via SAP-MDG, manage inventory control, ensure fiscal compliance, and maintain records of entries, exits, and purchases—generating data for analysis and strategic decision-making. * Send qualification invitations, monitor supplier qualification progress, guide suppliers through the step-by-step process, and ensure an updated portfolio of qualified suppliers ready for contracting. * Centralize requests from various project fronts, register RCs in SAP, coordinate prioritization with the procurement team, and ensure adherence to internal policies. Contribute to project control and prevent delays caused by procurement failures. * Receive and centralize travel requests from the engineering team, open system tickets, track approvals and issuances, ensuring compliance with travel policy and proper scheduling of project timelines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education — Mandatory; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite — Mandatory; * SAP knowledge — Preferred. **Worth noting:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Additional Information** **See what we offer:** **Our Benefits – Caring for You at Every Stage of Life** ============================================================== At Ypê, we believe our people deserve well-being, security, and real growth opportunities.
