Perform electrostatic powder painting on metal parts, ensuring finish quality and compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements. Main Responsibilities * Adjust and operate electrostatic spray guns, painting booths, ovens, and other related equipment. * Apply electrostatic painting according to established technical parameters (film thickness, uniformity, curing, and adhesion). * Conduct quality tests during and after the process (film thickness measurement, visual inspection for defects, adhesion, and curing). * Perform minor touch-ups and corrections when necessary. * Assist in preventive maintenance and cleaning of booths, spray guns, and filters to ensure process efficiency. * Comply with occupational safety and environmental protection regulations. * Record production data, rework, and consumables usage in the system or internal forms. * Support paint, powder, and auxiliary material inventory control, requesting replenishment as needed. Education * Completed high school education (technical training in industrial painting, mechanical engineering, metallurgy, or related fields is desirable). Experience * Proven prior experience in electrostatic powder or liquid painting. * Experience in an industrial environment (automotive, metallurgical, or similar). Specific Knowledge * Adjustment of spray guns and painting booths. * Oven curing processes.
