Travel availability and willingness to stay overnight, if required, are necessary. **Work Schedule:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM * Availability for a 21-day-on/2-day-off rotating schedule. **Desired Profile:** Must reside in Araraquara, São José do Rio Pardo, Igaraçu do Tietê, Santa Bárbara D'Oeste, Gália, or Garça / SP. Completed elementary education; Travel availability and willingness to stay overnight are required. Experience in civil construction activities (any role within the field). Will work on civil, electromechanical, and electrical construction projects, including de-energized transmission or near energized areas (ground-level work only). Assist engineers, technicians, supervisors, foremen, masons, carpenters, rebar workers, welders, surveyors, assemblers, electricians, and heavy equipment operators.
