




Responsible for managing the company's own store on Mercado Livre, focused on selling parts; providing preferential support to authorized dealers through digital channels; administering technical content on internal platforms; and monitoring Balmak products' online presence, ensuring compliance with the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy. The professional will operate both strategically and operationally to support the reseller channel and technical after-sales service. Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields; experience in e-commerce (preferably on Mercado Livre); familiarity with digital customer service routines (WhatsApp Business, email, phone); strong written and verbal communication skills, with emphasis on technical clarity; knowledge of digital marketing and email marketing. Must reside in Americana or Santa Bárbara D'Oeste.
