Destructive Testing Technician (Macrography)

Description

Job Summary: Professional responsible for weld analysis, defect identification, and preparation of technical reports in an industrial environment. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in weld analysis and macrography 2. Knowledge of destructive testing applied to welding 3. Industrial/automotive environment experience Main Responsibilities: * Preparation of samples for destructive testing and macrography * Analysis of weld geometry and heat-affected zones (HAZ) * Identification of defects such as: * lack of fusion * undercut * surface and subsurface discontinuities * Photographic documentation of analyses performed * Preparation of technical reports with conclusions and expert opinions * Support for welding-related quality analysis activities Requirements: * Experience in weld analysis and macrography * Knowledge of destructive testing applied to welding * Industrial/automotive environment experience * Experience preparing technical analysis reports * Availability to work rotating shifts Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in metallurgical laboratories * Experience in failure analysis of welded components Employment Type: Full-time CLT, Freelance / PJ Compensation: R$3.500,00 \- R$5.000,00 per month Selection Question(s): * Please describe your experience related to the job requirements. * What is your salary expectation?
