No **Purpose of the Position** The position requires the ability to plan deliveries by creating, refining, and updating the product backlog, prioritizing the most relevant items, and managing stakeholder expectations. To achieve this, it is essential to be a subject-matter expert on the product’s value chain and on the journey of teams involved in using the features. Furthermore, validating deliveries made by the development team is critical to ensuring deliverable quality according to defined acceptance criteria. **Day-to-Day Responsibilities** * Manage and evolve data products, ensuring solutions meet business area needs * Manage the data product lifecycle—from opportunity identification through delivery and continuous solution enhancement * Support definition and execution of data product strategy and roadmap * Translate business demands and needs into clear requirements for technical teams (data engineering, UX, and development) * Author and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications * Manage and prioritize the data initiative backlog, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic priorities * Facilitate agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring cross-team alignment * Validate deliveries from technical teams, ensuring quality, requirement adherence, and end-user value * Maintain continuous communication with internal stakeholders, ensuring visibility into deliveries, releases, and product evolution * Support definition and monitoring of metrics related to data product usage, quality, and impact * Contribute to developing and disseminating the Data Products culture across the organization, promoting strategic data use to generate business value **What Will Contribute to Your Success?** * Bachelor’s degree completed; * Experience with digital products, data, or Analytics * Experience working in agile methodology environments (Scrum, Kanban, or similar) and with agile management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Figma, Mural, or Miro); * Experience authoring user stories, managing backlogs, defining acceptance criteria, and managing roadmaps. * Ability to translate business needs into requirements for technical teams * Experience managing stakeholders and communicating with business areas * Knowledge of the data product or analytical solution lifecycle * Convert business area data and needs into product opportunities. * Monitor metrics and OKRs, proposing continuous improvements. * Support discovery, delivery, launch, and iteration with involved business areas. * Analyze data and metrics to support prioritization and hypothesis validation. * Produce impact analyses and data-driven recommendations. * Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation
