Your day-to-day responsibilities here: 1) Prepare financial and accounting reports for the company, compiling all relevant information to secure credit from financial institutions and obtain resources from suppliers. 2) Support the administration of various insurance policies, including obtaining quotes, contracting coverage, monitoring policy status, and handling claims settlements, with the objective of protecting company assets. 3) Verify rural property information for new registrations, checking real estate registry certificates, State Tax Registration (IE) cards, National Corporate Tax ID (CNPJ), and other relevant documents to confirm data authenticity. 4) Provide support to branch offices by advising on best practices for registrations, communicating operational improvements, reviewing documents, and resolving low-complexity cases—aiming to reduce errors, expedite processes, and facilitate credit limit analysis. 5) Assign credit limits to new registrations by verifying personal identification documents and property documentation, enabling sales to producers within the established ceiling without requiring collateral. 6) Approve new applicant registrations in the system and update existing ones, specifying credit limits and registration expiration dates, thereby authorizing them to begin transactions with the company. 7) Assist in managing loyalty points and vacation cards by verifying, entering, and/or updating data for all Finance Department employees, facilitating Human Resources’ activities. 8) Review cooperative member termination requests, verifying documents, signatures, and any outstanding issues to finalize the dismissal process in the internal system. 251204020218997838
