After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead and develop the Industrial Processes team, ensuring balanced task distribution and timely delivery; * Lead optimization, standardization, and innovation projects to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency; * Monitor project performance by analyzing schedules, results, and proposing strategic adjustments; * Promote technical and behavioral development of the team, identifying needs and supporting IDPs (Individual Development Plans); * Foster a culture of continuous improvement by introducing new technologies, methodologies, and best practices to the business; * Manage human, financial, and material resources with a focus on performance and sustainability; * Provide technical support to resolve complex problems, ensuring process robustness and quality; * Align actions with SSMA (Safety, Security, Health, and Environment) policies, emphasizing environmental responsibility and conscious resource use. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed postgraduate degree; * Preferred background in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, or related fields; **Knowledge That Will Set You Apart** * Statistical tools (DOE, capability analysis, statistical analyses); * Continuous improvement (DMAIC, PDCA, TPM); * Statistical software (e.g., Minitab); * Power BI or dashboard tools; * Project management; * Six Sigma Green Belt certification; * English proficiency; * Basic business acumen; * Interest in and openness to AI applications in industrial processes. **Additional Information** **See What We Offer:** **Our Benefits – Caring for You at Every Stage of Life** ============================================================== At Ypê, we believe our people deserve well-being, security, and real growth opportunities.
