Sanitize, cut, and portion food (meats, vegetables, greens, etc.). Operate kitchen equipment (stove, oven, deep fryer, among others). Monitor cooking time and ensure dish quality standards. Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness. Store food properly, adhering to hygiene and food safety regulations. Assist in inventory control and product expiry date verification. Collaborate with kitchen assistants and other kitchen staff. Previous experience as a Chef, Kitchen Assistant, Production Cook, or Industrial Cook may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
