Ensures construction execution according to project specifications by verifying operational activities performed by direct or outsourced workers, as well as controlling, organizing, and applying materials to their designated locations as previously established. Promotes compliance with production targets set by the Production Coordinator, guaranteeing quality and timely operational execution of projects, while also contributing to the implementation of occupational safety measures. **Responsibilities and duties** * Verify completed services to ensure adherence to operational procedures. * Guide the operational team using project plans and operational procedures to ensure service quality. * Supervise and monitor activity progress to ensure schedule compliance. * Monitor task execution and review potential discrepancies to ensure correct implementation. * Perform other related tasks as requested by immediate supervisor. **Requirements and qualifications** * High school diploma. * Solid knowledge of structural masonry construction required. * Mathematical calculations skills. * Must reside in Franca SP or surrounding metropolitan region. * Experience in MCMV construction projects is desirable. * Two or more years in the role or related functions.
