Conservation Leader

Description

Conduct daily rounds across departments to identify cleaning, conservation, and operational improvement needs; Lead, guide, and directly work with the team on cleaning, conservation, and gardening activities; Perform operational cleaning, organization, and conservation tasks in production and administrative areas; Assign tasks and monitor adherence to operational routines and cleaning schedules; Ensure correct use of PPE and compliance with occupational safety regulations; Support furniture relocation, disassembly, and maintenance support activities; Manage and replenish cleaning supplies, hygiene products, gardening materials, and water jugs; Monitor towel paper, toilet paper, and alcohol levels in dispensers; Monitor waste disposal, use of dumpsters, and area organization; Assist in monitoring and replenishing chlorine in potable water reservoirs; Support the internal restaurant and events with operational demands and environmental setup; Respond to emergency requests related to cleaning, conservation, and material replenishment; Complete and verify operational check\-lists; Record incidents, deviations, and maintenance requirements, reporting them to the Supervisor/Responsible Officer.
