Job Summary: Responsible for focusing on direct sales, monitoring automotive manufacturer portals, ensuring timely updates of information and content, and issuing invoices to optimize commercial processes. Analytical profile focused on results and organization. **About the Position:** Responsible for focusing on direct sales, monitoring and analyzing automotive manufacturer portals across all brands of the Umuarama Group. Ensuring the timely update of relevant information and content to maximize business opportunities. Also responsible for issuing invoices related to direct sales, contributing to smooth commercial processes and achievement of departmental goals. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor daily the automotive manufacturer portals across all Umuarama brands, ensuring information is updated and accurate on a daily basis. * Issue invoices daily in the Vianuvem system, ensuring all information is correct and complies with established parameters, with continuous follow-up until process completion. * Analyze daily the invoices generated in the system, verifying information to ensure accurate recording of direct sales. * Develop, execute, monitor, and measure a monthly action plan for each direct sales point of sale. * Provide continuous support to managers in acquiring direct sales customers, delivering clear and objective information about the department. * Accurately record direct sales orders in internal systems daily, within established deadlines, ensuring no bottlenecks occur in the commercial flow and guaranteeing continuity of billing and delivery processes. * Register all direct sales activities in the system by the 10th of each month, in accordance with guidelines established by automotive manufacturers and the Group. * Update direct sales reports weekly, consolidating order data, billing status, and performance indicators, ensuring up-to-date information for decision-making. * Conduct training sessions requested by the holding company, as per schedule. * Perform tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor or as required by business needs. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Intermediate Excel); * Numerical aptitude; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail; * Analytical profile with focus on results;
