If you identify with this opportunity, apply now and become part of our team! **Responsibilities and duties** We are seeking a **Commercial Processes Assistant** to support our Sales and Customer Relationship area. This role will be the key piece in ensuring that the commercial department's workflows are efficient, organized, and that customers receive high-quality service from the beginning to the end of the process. * **Customer and Sales Support:** Proactively contact and follow up with customers regarding proposals and negotiations, ensuring an excellent relationship. * **Documentation Management:** Control, register, and send **budgets, proposals, and sales orders**, ensuring data accuracy in the system (ERP/CRM). * **Interdepartmental Interface:** Serve as the main communication point between Sales and the **Finance, Billing, and Tax** departments to ensure correct issuance of **Invoices** and payment processing. * **Leadership Support and Metrics:** Assist leadership in organizing and managing strategic information, monitor **sales indicators**, and contribute to the preparation of management reports. * **Administrative Tasks:** Provide support in scheduling, organizing, and administrative assistance for team events, trips, and meetings. **Requirements and qualifications** * Ongoing or completed Technical or Higher Education degree (Administration, Management Processes, or related fields). * Previous experience in administrative or support roles within the sales area, preferably in the industrial or agribusiness sector. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Familiarity with billing routines and basic knowledge of Invoices. * Experience and skill using the Totvs Protheus system will be an advantage. **Additional information** #### **Benefits:** * Meal allowance * Life insurance * Uniodonto dental plan For 40 years driving agribusiness!
