- REQUIREMENTS . Completed high school education; . Prior experience in the cliché-making field; . Knowledge of cliché assembly and bonding techniques, including use of measuring tools and bonding equipment; . Others - MISSION Independently prepare, assemble, and adjust clichés, ensuring precision, quality, and compliance with production orders to guarantee efficiency in the production process. - RESPONSIBILITIES . Read machine scheduling and interpret work orders (WO), verifying specifications and requirements; . Inspect integrity of new clichés, perform identification and storage; . Inspect integrity of repeat-use clichés, identifying wear or damage; . Recover old plates for reuse in different jobs if necessary; . Prepare double-sided tapes, solvents, and other materials used in cliché assembly; . Perform cliché assembly and adjustment onto cylinders, ensuring correct positioning and proper alignment; . Clean clichés before storage; . Support testing of new materials or processes; . Identify deviations and take action to resolve problems; . Clean the machine and organize the work area; . Dispose of waste properly; . Complete machine reports and checklists; . Assist the maintenance team in identifying failures during printer operation; . Support other departments as needed, per supervisor’s instructions; . Comply with all guidelines outlined in the Employee Handbook for all performed activities.
