Job Summary: A professional responsible for analyzing and operating phosphating and zinc plating processes, ensuring quality and technical compliance, and optimizing processes. Key Highlights: 1. Analyze and ensure the quality of phosphating and zinc plating processes. 2. Operate and monitor the treatment plant to ensure optimal performance. 3. Develop and implement standards for material analysis and continuous improvement. * Analyze phosphating and zinc plating processes, ensuring material quality and compliance with technical specifications. * Operate and monitor the treatment plant, ensuring optimal process performance. * Organize and maintain updated documentation, reports, and analyses to facilitate future consultations and audits. * Develop and implement standards and procedures for material analysis, ensuring standardization of production activities and continuous process improvement. * Conduct physicochemical analyses using appropriate equipment, consistently applying technical knowledge and ensuring all parameters meet safety regulations, deadlines, and required quality standards. * Collaborate with the team to optimize processes and ensure satisfaction of internal and external customers. **Education: Technical or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or equivalent;** **Experience in electroplating and phosphating required** Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: R$3.303,09 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Education: * Completed Bachelor's degree (Mandatory) Experience: * Chemical technician (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
