Electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry repair skills 2. Knowledge of masonry, gardening, and cleaning 3. Experience handling various tools Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, masonry, gardening, cleaning, and other related tasks. Familiarity with the use and handling of tools such as: backpack sprayer, zero-turn tractor, circular saw, marble saw, drill, and others.
