Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial General Helper to support the team in assembly, welding, and part preparation while maintaining an organized and safe work environment. Key Highlights: 1. Work environment focused on safety and discipline We are looking for an Industrial General Helper (Boilermaking and Metal Structures) to directly support assemblers, welders, and operators in factory activities. ⚠ Prior experience with hand tools and metal structure work is essential. Key Responsibilities: Assist in assembling components and metal structures according to team instructions. Handle hand tools (drill, sander, grinder) to support part preparation. Support welding and cutting activities by preparing and positioning parts when required. Perform simple visual inspections of materials and parts to identify defects. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to safety standards and 5S principles. Mandatory Requirements: Experience in boilermaking or metal structures. Basic proficiency in handling hand tools (sander, drill, grinder, etc.) (Eliminatory – will be tested). Completed elementary education. Agility, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. Requirements * Knowledge of Boilermaking and/or Metal Structures * Operational Support: Directly assists operators, assemblers, or welders in production activities. * Tool Handling: Operates hand tools and simple equipment (e.g., sander, drill, grinder), always prioritizing safety. * Material Handling: Transports, organizes, and positions parts and materials using pallet jacks, carts, or manually. * Organization and Cleaning: Maintains a clean and safe work environment, following safety regulations and 5S principles. * Agility and Proactivity: Performs tasks quickly, pays attention to detail, and is eager to learn.
