Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for FTTH and FTTA network installations and repairs, ensuring connectivity and functionality of services for residential customers. Our team comprises over 4,000 employees united by the same purpose: connecting people, ideas, and businesses while promoting digital and social inclusion across Brazil—and guided by shared core values. **Responsibilities and Duties** To build this team with us, the candidate will face the following challenges: * Performing installation and repair services for FTTH and FTTA network technologies for residential customers; * Resolving service issues—such as slow speed, WiFi problems, no connection, intermittent connectivity, etc.; * Removing cables from canceled customers to free up capacity for new customers; * Verifying service feasibility when the commercial team is uncertain whether network infrastructure exists in a given area; * Relocating equipment within the same residence (e.g., moving from one room to another); * Relocating equipment to a new address upon customer request; * Performing upgrades—replacing or adding equipment when customers change their service plans; * Participating in training sessions and meetings when invited; * Performing other duties consistent with the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Residency in: Caraguatatuba/SP * Completed high school education; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license, Category B (permanent); * Desirable certifications: NR 10 (electrical safety) and NR 35 (work at heights); * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; * Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to travel; * Prior experience in telecommunications companies is desirable. **Additional Benefits** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Giga Inclusão – PCD dependent support * Total Pass * Birthday day off * Extended maternity leave (180 days) and paternity leave (20 days) * Psicologia Viva (available to those enrolled in Amil health plan) * E-learning platform available on intranet * Tour House: 5%–12% discounts on airfare purchases, hotel reservations, and car rentals. * Movida: 10% discount applied to daily rental rates Samsung Partnership Portal * Guided by our purpose—to **connect people, ideas, and businesses, promoting digital and social inclusion in Brazil**—Alloha Fibra is today the largest independent optical fiber group in the country.
