Job Summary: We are seeking a technician to perform installation, repair, and maintenance of fiber-optic networks, ensuring connectivity and excellent customer service. Key Highlights: 1. That’s why we seek talents like you—people who dream big and want to make a difference! **Responsibilities and Duties** To build this team with us, the candidate will face the following challenges: * Perform installation and repair services for FTTH and FTTA network technologies for residential customers; * Conduct corrective and preventive maintenance on installed services, resolving issues and ensuring service continuity; * Repair/correct service failures, including slow speeds, Wi\-Fi issues, no connectivity, intermittency, etc.; * Remove cables and equipment from canceled customers to free up capacity for new customers; * Assess access feasibility for the commercial team; * Relocate devices within the same residence (room-to-room moves); * Relocate equipment to a new address upon customer request; * Perform upgrades—replacing or adding devices when customers change their service plans; * Install internal and external cabling and connections; * Test cables and optical fibers; * Configure telecommunications systems and, if necessary, escalate to technical support; * Diagnose and resolve network issues; * Provide courteous and efficient customer service, clarifying doubts and guiding proper use of services; * Document and maintain records of network configurations; * Perform other duties related to the position as directed by management. **Requirements and Qualifications** Professional Profile We Seek: * Completed high school education; * Availability to work on a 6x1 schedule (including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as per rotation); * Valid Class B driver’s license; * NR 10 and NR 35 certifications preferred; * Technical experience and familiarity with installation and repair procedures for telecommunications networks; **Additional Benefits** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Giga Inclusão \- PCD-dependent assistance * Total Pass * Birthday day off * Extended maternity leave (180 days) and paternity leave (20 days) * Psicologia Viva (if enrolled in Amil health plan) * E-learning platform on the intranet * Tour House: 5%–12% discounts on airfare, hotel bookings, and car rentals * Movida: 10% discount applied to daily rental rates * Samsung Partner Portal With the purpose of **connecting people, ideas, and businesses while promoting digital and social inclusion across Brazil**, Alloha Fibra is today the largest independent fiber-optic group in the country.
