That’s why we seek talents like you—dreamers who aim high and want to make a difference! \#whatshappeningonourfiber \#fiberteam **Responsibilities and Duties** To build this team with us, the candidate will face the following challenges: Performing installation and repair services for FTTH and FTTA network technologies for residential customers; Resolving or correcting service issues, such as slow speeds, Wi-Fi problems, no connection, intermittent connectivity, etc.; Removing cables from canceled customers to free up capacity for new customers; Verifying access feasibility when the commercial team has doubts about whether fiber infrastructure is available in a given area; Relocating equipment within the same residence (e.g., moving from one room to another); Relocating equipment to a new address upon customer request; Performing upgrades—replacing or adding equipment when the customer changes their plan; Participating in training sessions and meetings when invited; Other duties consistent with the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** Professional Profile We Seek: Completed high school education; Valid Category B driver’s license (permanent); Desirable: NR 10 (Electrical Safety) and NR 35 (Work at Heights) certifications; Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Flexibility regarding work hours and willingness to travel; Desirable experience in telecommunications companies. **Additional Information** Medical assistance Dental assistance Meal allowance Life insurance Transportation allowance Giga Inclusão – Support for dependents with disabilities (PCD) Total Pass Birthday day off Extended maternity leave (180 days) and paternity leave (20 days) Viva Psychology (available for those enrolled in Amil health plan) E-learning platform on the intranet Tour House: 5%–12% discounts on airfare purchases, hotel bookings, and car rentals.
