Job Summary: This role is for a Field Technician passionate about technology, focused on installing and repairing FTTH/FTTA networks for residential clients, ensuring high-speed internet connectivity. That’s why we seek talents like you—people who dream big and want to make a difference! **Responsibilities and Duties** To build this team with us, the candidate will face the following challenges: * Performing installation and repair services for FTTH and FTTA network technologies for residential customers; * Resolving service faults, including slow speed, WiFi issues, no connection, intermittent connectivity, etc.; * Removing cables from canceled customers to free up capacity for new customers; * Assessing service feasibility when the commercial team has doubts regarding network availability in a given area; * Relocating equipment within the same residence (room-to-room move); * Relocating equipment to a new address upon customer request; * Performing upgrades—replacing or adding equipment when customers change their service plans; * Attending trainings and meetings when invited; * Performing other duties as required by the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** Professional Profile We Seek: * Completed high school education; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license, Category B (permanent); * NR-10 (electrical safety) and NR-35 (work at heights) certifications preferred; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to travel; * Prior experience in telecommunications companies preferred. **Additional Benefits** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Giga Inclusão \- PCD dependent support * Total Pass * Birthday day off * Extended maternity leave (180 days) and paternity leave (20 days) * Psicologia Viva (available for those enrolled in Amil health plan) * E-learning platform on intranet * Tour House: 5%–12% discounts on airfare purchases, hotel bookings, and car rentals. * Movida: 10% discount applied to daily rental rates * Samsung Partnership Portal With the purpose of **connecting people, ideas, and businesses while promoting digital and social inclusion across Brazil**, Alloha Fibra is today the largest independent optical fiber group in the country.
