




Job Summary: Responsible for assisting the baker in the production of bakery products, adhering to safety, quality, and hygiene standards. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of workplace hygiene and organization. **Summary:** Responsible for assisting the baker in the production of bakery products, ingredient separation, handling of tools and production machinery, shaping, cutting, and baking food items, while complying with safety, quality, and hygiene standards for product manufacturing. **Main Responsibilities/Activities:** Separate raw materials for bakery product manufacturing. Follow recipes for bakery product manufacturing according to bakers’ instructions. Feed raw materials into machines, operate them, and monitor the production process. Shape dough for bread, crackers, cookies, savory snacks, etc. Bake dough from bakery product manufacturing in appropriate ovens, using PPE and respecting the baking time for each product. Maintain an organized and hygienic workplace daily in accordance with the Good Manufacturing Practices manual, and wash baking trays, machines, and utensils used in product manufacturing. Ensure safety, maintenance, and cleanliness of equipment such as mixers, ovens, and kitchen utensils. Maintain personal hygiene and wear appropriate uniforms, hairnets, and PPE for food product manufacturing in accordance with the Good Manufacturing Practices manual.
