Job Summary: Professional to plan, schedule, and control the production process, monitor production execution and material movement, generate managerial reports, and track performance indicators. Opportunity for organized professionals with a results-oriented mindset **Requirements:** * Degree in **Civil Engineering** (preferably currently enrolled or graduated within the last 1–2 years), or related fields; * **Driver's License Category B**; * Experience in Production Planning and Control and/or Materials Planning, Control, and Scheduling; * Advanced Excel proficiency and experience in performance indicator management; * Skills in inventory control, demand analysis, and monitoring of production processes; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and results orientation. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with planning routines and continuous improvement tools; * Experience preparing performance reports, production schedules, and cost analysis; **Responsibilities:** * Plan, schedule, and control stages of the production process; * Monitor production execution, inventory control, and material movement; * Generate production orders and managerial reports; * Monitor performance indicators and propose process improvements.
