




Job Summary: The candidate will perform administrative support activities in the commercial and procurement areas, involving sales management, customer interaction, marketing, and support for company processes. Administrative support in procurement and order management processes **Performs administrative support activities within the commercial area, including: sales information handling, customer contact, process streamlining, and sales enhancement. Develops basic marketing activities, conducts market research, communicates with the market and employees, implements the computerized financial system and the company website, and organizes campaigns and events. Registers customers, releases product orders for shipment while verifying order conditions and other essential data required for issuing invoices. Performs administrative support tasks related to procurement processes for various materials used by the company—either directly or indirectly in the final product—including purchase order issuance, controls, delivery schedule tracking, material quotation, and other related activities.
