**Job Description:** We are seeking a **Project Assistant** to provide technical support for industrial projects, with a primary focus on **preparing files, performing nesting, and programming laser cutting machines**, using the **CypCut system**. The professional will support engineering and production teams, ensuring optimal material utilization, productive efficiency, and project organization. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform **sheet metal nesting** for laser cutting using the **CypCut Laser Cutting System** * Prepare, review, and organize technical files (DXF, DWG, etc.) * Support the projects/engineering department in executing and adjusting drawings * Optimize raw material utilization and reduce waste * Verify dimensions, thicknesses, materials, and cutting parameters * Provide support to production and laser machine operators * Maintain organization and control of projects and production orders **Requirements:** * Knowledge of **laser cutting nesting** * Experience or familiarity with **CypCut** * Ability to read and interpret **technical drawings** * Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and an analytical mindset **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in metallurgy or sheet metal cutting and bending industry * Knowledge of laser cutting processes (carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum) * Understanding of cost management and material optimization **Education:** * Technical diploma or currently enrolled in Mechanical Engineering, Project Design, Technical Drawing, Engineering, or related fields **Behavioral Profile:** * Proactivity * Strong communication skills * Teamwork ability * Commitment to deadlines and quality Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Compensation: R$2.000,00 – R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Meal voucher * Food voucher Work Location: On-site
