With strong presence in the automotive sector, our dealerships operate across Minas Gerais, Goiás, Pará, Maranhão, and Tocantins, establishing a standard of excellence that reflects our commitment to innovation and sustainability. **We are seeking someone who can:** Identify and execute preventive and corrective measures for mechanical and electrical vehicle issues with excellence, ensuring agility and quality in service delivery, using appropriate tools and instruments to restore vehicles and guarantee their proper operation in compliance with manufacturer technical specifications and quality, environmental, health, and occupational safety standards. Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards, ensuring quality and safety. Utilize specialized tools and systems such as ATC 2\.0 and ODISS, and prepare estimates in partnership with consultants. Tasks include wheel alignment, part replacement, recall campaigns, and maintaining a well-organized workplace in compliance with safety and sustainability standards. Emphasize customer satisfaction, service efficiency, and customer retention. The professional must respond to requests from their immediate supervisor and contribute to the unit’s performance results.
