Job Summary: A professional responsible for providing warm customer service, preparing beverages and food items, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the environment, and contributing to the overall customer experience at Cafeeira. Maintenance of cleanliness and organization of the space Main Responsibilities: * Greet and serve customers warmly and attentively, conveying Cafeeira's identity and hospitality; * Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and in-house products according to quality and presentation standards, following internal training; * Keep the counter, equipment, and utensils consistently clean and organized; * Carry out routine procedures recommended by each equipment manufacturer; * Support organization, cleaning, and restocking of the counter and customer service areas; * Assist with catering preparation and assembly (initially on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays), including hygiene, fruit salad cutting and assembly into individual jars, heating savory snacks, and setting tables according to Cafeeira's standards; * Support cake production and other café preparations as needed; * Assist with restocking display cases, counters, and side tables; * Maintain the dining area clean, organized, and aligned with Cafeeira's concept; * Contribute to a positive work environment, emphasizing cooperation and attention to detail; * Maintain the space as a welcoming place for customer interaction and experience; * Ensure safety by activating alarms, locking doors, and turning on night lights. * Assist with general cafeteria operations, including opening and closing the dining area; * Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and attentive customer service.
