Communication and organizational skills A small-scale metallurgical company specializing in metal stamping, located in Santo Amaro – South Zone/SP, is hiring a Sales Assistant. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed high school; Prior experience in sales, commercial customer service, pre-sales, or active prospecting; Basic to intermediate knowledge of sales funnel and prospecting methodologies; Experience with CRM tools; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes; Organization and discipline. **Preferred Qualifications:** Higher education (Technical Degree in Sales or Administration); Experience with prospecting tools; Storytelling and consultative communication skills; Basic knowledge of electricity; Proactive mindset to suggest improvements to the commercial process. **Responsibilities:** Handling inbound inquiries; Monitoring outbound activities conducted by the outsourced sales team; Tracking and updating the sales funnel in the CRM; Qualifying leads according to defined criteria; Following up on submitted quotations.
