**Grão-Pará Distributor**, the official Nestlé representative in the region, is hiring a **Financial Administration Assistant – Accounts Receivable**. We are looking for someone interested in the **Finance** area, who is **organized**, able to express and present data effectively, and eager to learn and develop technical skills alongside our **Collections** team. **What we expect from you:** * Responsibility and commitment; * Organization and attention to detail; * Strong communication skills; * Team spirit; * Proactivity and willingness to grow; * Familiarity with systems and Excel; **Your main responsibilities:** * Credit analysis; * Updating bank slips (boletos); * Processing returns and deductions; * Customer registration; * Entering invoices into the system; * Collecting overdue payments from delinquent customers; * Blocking and unblocking customers. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Administration, Accounting, or related fields currently in progress is a plus); * Prior experience in the finance area, especially in accounts receivable and/or collections; * Intermediate knowledge of Excel; * Proficiency with management systems and document organization; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Attention to deadlines, responsibility, and organization; * Must reside near: **Santa Isabel, Benevides, Marituba, and/or Ananindeua.** **Preferred qualifications:** • Experience with the **Winthor Totvs** system. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance; * Health insurance; * Development program; * Performance-based bonuses. **Work schedule:** Monday to Friday
